Seminars are being offered as stand alone training opportunities for anyone in your church. Special emphasis will be placed on those in leadership positions at your church or organization. Great opportunity for your staff and/or eldership teams to attend together.

Where is your church heading in the next 3 years? What will it be like? More importantly, what does God want your church to be and do over the next few years? This seminar will focus on the process of strategic planning, designing your preferred future for your congregation. It will be an interactive practical exercise in developing a perpetual 3 year plan for your congregation, based on your vision, mission, and values (which we will also discuss). Participants will walk away with a new sense of direction and the start of a pathway to fulfill God's call for the church. Bring your leadership team and join us for a day that can really make a difference in the life of your congregation.

Those attending without a team will be grouped with others without a team to learn the principles together and take and apply with your ministry or church.
