Upper Elementary Volleyball Camp
Description
During camp, players will receive instruction on how to improve their passing, setting, serving, and hitting. They learn strategies for offense and defense. Additionally, participants may receive instruction on how to stay fit and healthy, as well as how to use proper nutrition to fuel their performance.
