Farm to Table (1st–3rd)
Description
Camp Director: Caitlyn Glatting

At Farm to Table summer camp, students will discover the essentials of starting an edible garden. They will engage in hands-on activities, from cultivating vegetable seeds to nurturing herb plants. Each day, students will dive into culinary adventures with cooking demonstrations—pickling, crafting salad dressings, creating spreads, and more! The fee covers a container garden to take home, along with all plants and cooking materials. Register for a harvest of knowledge and flavors!

Caitlyn Glatting is founder of local garden education and installation company Grow Your Soul. Rooted in her passion for cultivating green thumbs, she is the current host of The Geneva School Garden Club. A graduate of Rollins College, her background includes work with UF/IFAS Extension, local food systems initiatives, and Farm to School efforts, and she recently earned a master's degree in public health. She has a deep passion for connecting folks with where their food comes from and is excited to share her passion for farm-to-table with campers this summer!
