Sky is the Limit: Rock Climbing
Description
Join us for an exciting week of rock climbing! Campers will be introduced to the foundational, beginning/intermediate rock climbing skills and techniques through top rope climbing and bouldering at the Planet Granite indoor facility. Campers will also learn important life skills including communication, teamwork, problem solving, trust, and confidence as they embrace the challenges of rock climbing. This week will include opportunities to climb at one of Portland’s finest climbing gyms as well as use the facilities (the SPARC and Farris climbing wall) at OES. We aim to foster a lifelong appreciation for climbing and health/wellness in all of our climbers, regardless of their previous knowledge and experience!
