Early Morning Program
Description
The Early Morning Program is a supervised, early-arrival program for all students. The program takes place on all school days from 7:15 to 8:00 am. Drop off is at the Extended Day door to the left of the turnaround.

The annual fee for each day of the Early Morning Program is $604 ($3,020 for Monday - Friday). The amount due at registration is a 10% non-refundable deposit. You may opt to pay the balance in full and receive a 1% paid-in-full discount. Any remaining balance will be billed through UltraCamp’s Installment plan, charged to the account on file on the 15th of each month through February 2024.

In line with the Cambridge Friends School policy regarding tuition, all installment auxiliary balances must be settled by February 2024. Deductions will occur on the 15th of each month. Installment plans selected after September 15, 2023 will have fewer months to pay the balance and thus will incur higher monthly installments in those respective months.

When the occasional need for participation in the Early Morning program arises, CFS families may purchase a single day pass for $21.50. Single day passes are not financial aid eligible.

Same day requests (made after dismissal on the previous school day) will be honored whenever possible and are subject to a rate increase of $2.50 per morning, charged to the account on file.

All single day pass requests must be made in writing to AUX@cambridgefriendsschool.org.

All student tuition (SmartTuition) and auxiliary billing (UltraCamp) accounts must be in good standing before any student may participate in auxiliary programs. Students may be prohibited from attending or participating in auxiliary programs at CFS if these accounts are not current.

If you receive financial aid for CFS tuition, you also qualify for assistance for the Early Morning Program at CFS. The formula for financial aid is one-half (50%) of the financial aid percentage awarded for day school tuition. For example, if a family gets 42% of day school tuition covered by financial aid, then 21% of the Early Morning Program fees will be covered by financial aid.
