Early Dismissal Program
Description
The Early Dismissal Care Program provides activities for students when CFS closes early for Professional Development on the last Tuesday of each month (except December and June). The program runs from dismissal at 12:15 pm to 3:00 pm.

At 3:00 pm, students continuing on to XD programs will transition to these programs. Students not enrolled in XD programs must be picked up by guardians at the Cadbury Road entrance at 3:00 pm.

Please note that Tuesday XD reservations do not include the cost to attend the Early Dismissal Program. Any student who will remain on campus after the 12:15 pm dismissal will be registered for the Early Dismissal Program, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Each day of the Early Dismissal Program has a fee of $45 which includes a $15 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to AUX@cambridgefriendsschool.org. Payment is due at the time of registration. Same day requests will be honored whenever possible and are subject to a rate increase of $5 per afternoon, charged to the account on file. The Early Dismissal Care Program is not financial aid eligible.

The Early Dismissal Program will close registration when enrollment for the specific date reaches capacity or the preceding Friday, whichever comes first. Early registration is encouraged.

All student tuition (SmartTuition) and auxiliary billing (UltraCamp) accounts must be in good standing before any student may participate in auxiliary programs. Students may be prohibited from attending or participating in auxiliary programs at CFS if these accounts are not current.
