Each class students visit a different US state , learn where that state is on the map, and about what makes that state unique. The kids cook and eat delicious foods associated with that state (i.e. Peach French Toast with Maple Whipped Cream from Alabama; Delaware Veggie Hoagie and carrot salad; Gruyere, Apple and Onion Frittata from Washington). Kids learn cooking skills, broaden their taste buds and have a ball! Recipes are nut and meat free. Recipe booklet and photos emailed at the end of the classes!
