Campers explore how their bodies move, grow stronger, and stay healthy through hands-on activities that connect athletics with real-world science. Through experiments and active games, they investigate topics such as muscles, heart rate, balance, and the physics behind activities like kicking, throwing, and jumping. Daily movement challenges encourage campers to test ideas, collect observations, and refine their techniques. This camp fosters curiosity, teamwork, and confidence while demonstrating how science and sports intersect on and off the field.
