Description
Let your creativity and imagination shine as you explore the exciting world of book writing and illustration! Using children’s books by authors and illustrators like Mo Willems, Christian Robinson, Mac Barnett, and others for inspiration, you’ll discover how words and pictures work together to tell a story and share ideas.

Anna, the 3rd grade associate, will guide you as you experiment with a variety of art materials, develop your story, plan your page layouts, and bring your ideas to life in your very own handmade book—or several! Whether you dream of creating a nonfiction book, a graphic novel, or a picture book with no words at all, every kind of storyteller is welcome. Come ready to imagine, create, and share your stories!
