Wildwood x Hawks Kids Outdoor Hiking Adventure Day Camp
Description
**Explore, Discover, and Connect with HAWKs**

Website: https://www.hawkskids.com/

HAWKs is an outdoor program that nurtures children’s sense of wonder and deepens their connection to the natural world. Through hands-on exploration, children discover local plants and animals while learning the fundamentals of hiking, trail safety, and Leave No Trace principles. Led by experienced educators, HAWKs offers a fun, safe, and engaging way to experience the outdoors.

**Why Nature Matters for Kids**

Between school, extracurricular activities, and time on screens, children need opportunities to slow down, move freely, and explore. HAWKs makes space for curiosity, connection, and adventure.

As children navigate trails, encounter new challenges, and work together, they practice skills that extend beyond the outdoors, including:

- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Leadership and teamwork
- Self-reliance and independence
- Creativity and imagination
- Physical activity and healthy habits

Each outdoor experience offers children a chance to build confidence, connect with one another, and develop a lasting appreciation for nature.

This camp's pick up location is at the Wildwood Elementary School.
