ParTea and Crafts
Description
Join Ellie and Sonni, our 5th grade associate teachers, for a delightful weekly tea party filled with creativity and fun! Students will enjoy tea and cookies while exploring a new craft each week. Projects may include decorating tea party hats, making paper bouquets, creating personalized place cards, and designing mini fairy gardens in teacups.
We’ll also experiment with tea as a watercolor medium and use cardstock to create our own teacup and tea set designs. Throughout the session, we’ll host special themed tea parties inspired by tea traditions from around the world, such as a Japanese tea ceremony or traditional afternoon tea in England.

These (noncaffeinated) tea parties are a cozy, creative way for students to craft, learn about cultures, and enjoy time together in a fun, social setting!
