All Day Childcare - Conference Day (Friday, October 24, 2025)

Conference Day Childcare

Families may sign up for full-day childcare (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) via UltraCamp.

Fee: $75 per day

Location: Check-in table by the Big Yard gate

✨ Conference-Time “Visitors”

Students signed in only during their conference will be considered visitors and not charged.

Parents/guardians must pick up students as soon as the conference ends.

If a student is signed in for more than 1 hour, families will be charged the full childcare day rate.

✨ Multiple Conferences

If you have more than one conference in a day, please let the childcare staff know the time of your last conference.

If conferences are not back-to-back, children must be picked up and returned for the next one.

⚠️ Important Notes

Students must be pre-registered in UltraCamp for all-day childcare.

After School registration is separate and does not cover special days like conference days.
