The after-school gymnastics program is a mixed levels class teaching gymnastics fundamentals including handstands, cartwheels, strength, flexibility, body control and agility. This mixed age groups is designed to be an obstacle course challenge where all children learn gymnastics fundamentals.

Class participants learn balance beam, bars, floor and vault gymnastics skills. Children with prior gymnastics experience receive skill progression challenges to keep all levels engaged, such as back walk overs and other gymnastics intermediate level skills.
