Description
Ranch Membership Program
• 1 Ride/Week Membership – $100/month
• 2 Rides/Week Membership – $200/month
• Optional:
o Add-on private lesson: +$75

Scheduling
• Riders choose set days/times each week
• Open:
o Mon 10-4:30
o Tuesday 10-4:30
o Wednesday Closed
o Thursday 10-4:30
o Friday 10-4:30
o Saturday 10-2:30
o Sunday 10-4:30 (limited)

What Each Ride Includes
• Grooming & tacking (10–15 min)
• Riding time (30–45 min)
• Untacking & basic horse care (10 min)

Rules & Restrictions

Attendance Policy
• Missed rides do not roll over:
• Require 24-hour cancellation or scheduling change notice

Weather Policy
• We close for thunder and lightening, high winds, freezing temperatures and heat advisories for the safety of our horses and participants

Safety Rules
• Helmets required
• Closed-toe shoes/boots required
• Follow all safety rules at the Ranch

Horse Use Limits
• We have a set of assigned horses (this helps prevent burnout)
• Horses can only be used within set restrictions. For example walk/trot horses are not to be cantered.
• Trail riding away from the line of sight of the ranch requires 2 riders minimum.
• Speed limits on certain trails are strictly enforced especially the return ride to the barn is always at a walk.
Skill Level Limits

• Required evaluation grooming, handling, tacking and ride for new members
• If you are not able to pass certain parts of the evaluation riding will be restricted.
Age limit
• 18+

Admin Information
• Signed liability waiver required
• Emergency contact on file
• Health form on file through ultracamp
• Payment policy:
o Auto-pay monthly (must have a card on file)
o Cancelations of membership require 1 month’s notice
o No refunds for unused rides
