The Confidence Lab (Fall - Grades 5-8)
Description
The Confidence Lab is an 8-week after-school club where middle school students can build self-confidence, self-care habits, and self-love in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Led by a licensed esthetician, the program offers hands-on activities, teamwork challenges, and interactive lessons designed to show students that taking care of yourself
(inside and out) is the key to feeling strong, positive, and proud of who you are.


This club is for everyone: whether it’s learning about hygiene, managing stress, practicing kindness, or exploring creativity, every student will find tools they can use in daily life.
