Future Leaders
Description
Future Leaders (FuLe) join our college-age summer staff in providing physical, emotional, and spiritual care for our campers, while growing in their own leadership skills.

First time Future Leaders are asked to attend a one day training event. Returning Future Leaders may also attend.

Responsibilities during the volunteer week(s) include:
* Assist their Counselor in caring for a cabin group.
* Help lead camper games, songs, and activities.
* Provide assistance in the kitchen.
* Help clean camp common areas.
* Other duties as assigned.

Most Future leaders serve between 1-3 weeks during the summer. Requesting multiple weeks is not a guarantee of attendance.

Camp fills Future Leader positions as we have need, with the goal that everyone interested in the serving has the opportunity to attend at least one week. Our Future Leaders are also invited to register as His Kids Buddies. Teens who demonstrate service and commitment to Camp's mission may be asked to serve additional weeks as they are able.
