This retreat invites you to slow down, release what youve been carrying, and simply be
— finding rest, renewal, and reconnection with yourself, one another, and the Divine.
Through guided reflection, creative expression, and gentle practices, we will rediscover stillness.

Each breath reminds us we are alive, held, and enough.

space centered on womens experiences.


Silent Day option, arrive Thursday 4pm for a day of silence through 2pm Friday.
