2026 Family Camp Application
Description
This is the Family Application for the 2026 family camp season. This year there are four sessions to choose from.

May 1-3, General Session
September 11-23, General Session
October 9-11, General Session Presented by the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan
October 23-25, General Session Presented by the Michigan Health Transplant Center

All family camp sessions are open to any family with a child age 0-17 with a serious health challenge. Sessions presented by the Epilepsy Foundation of Michigan and the Michigan Health Transplant Center are offered for families looking to connect with others who share similar experiences.

You will be able to select which session(s) you prefer inside. Review and acceptance into a specific session is dependent on a completed application.
