Description
Counselors at Uplift play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching environment for campers. They are responsible for overseeing the well-being and safety of campers, fostering a sense of community, and guiding campers in spiritual growth. Additionally, they serve as mentors and role models, helping campers navigate challenges and build friendships in a supportive atmosphere grounded in Christian values. Counselors are expected to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm, ensuring that everyone has a memorable and meaningful experience at camp.
