NinjaKinetics by Kidokinetics is an action-packed program that builds strength, agility, balance, and confidence through ninja-style movement and obstacle challenges. Kids run, jump, climb, crawl, and navigate exciting course elements designed to improve coordination, body control, and problem-solving— all in a fun, upbeat environment. Led by trained coaches and using age-appropriate equipment, NinjaKinetics encourages perseverance, focus, and a “keep trying” mindset while keeping every athlete safely moving, exploring, and having a blast. No experience required—just energy and enthusiasm!
