Description
Take a break from the chaos and learn to chill, breathe, and stay in control. In this class, you’ll flow through yoga moves, mindfulness hacks, and quick reflection exercises to help focus your mind, manage stress, and keep your cool. Walk away with real tools to tackle school, life, and big emotions—all while moving, stretching, and having fun!
