Rooted Connections: A Retreat for Nature-Based Leaders
Description
This two-day retreat will invite nature-based administrators to reflect deeply on their leadership roles through the lens of Inside, Outside, and Beyond—not as physical spaces, but as layers of connection to ourselves, our teams, children, families, and the natural world.

Through a mix of whole-group facilitated sessions, crowdsourced and facilitated breakout sessions, and time for rest and reflection, our goal is for you to leave reenergized and more deeply rooted in your purpose as a leader.

The retreat will be held at the Ferncliff Camp & Conference Center where you’ll be immersed in the outdoors, while also having a comfortable hotel-style lodging, three meals a day, and snacks.
