PDS Field Hockey: Varsity Preseason Power Week
Arrive at your high school preseason tryouts in peak form. This camp provides an elite level training environment led by Heather Farlow, PDS Varsity Coach and USA Field Hockey Level II Certified. The curriculum is built for the serious athlete looking to sharpen their technical execution under pressure. Expect high, tempo drills, tactical chalk talks, and competitive small sided game play designed to improve decision making and fitness. Focus: Advanced stick skills, tactical awareness, preseason conditioning, and competitive mental toughness. Outcome: Prepare for the physical and mental demands of the varsity and junior varsity levels. Requirements: FH sticks, mouthguard, shinguards, and water. 		$350.00
