PDS Field Hockey: Middle School Preseason Prep
Gear up for the school season with a week of intensive skill refinement and tactical growth. This camp is designed to bridge the gap between youth play and competitive middle school athletics. Under the direction of Heather Farlow, PDS Varsity Coach and USA Field Hockey Level II Certified, athletes will be grouped by age and experience level to ensure they are challenged appropriately. We dive deep into game strategy, positioning, and advanced ball control to ensure every participant has a positive experience and enters their school tryouts with confidence. Focus: Position, specific training, offensive and defensive strategies, and conditioning. Experience: Suitable for all levels, players are divided by both age and experience level to ensure a productive environment. Requirements: FH sticks, mouthguard, shinguards, and water. Pinnies: Will be provided 		$350.00
