This class is a combination of Engineering and 3D printing where campers will make real working tools, toys, and gadgets. Introduction to the moves and rules of this intellectual sport with emphasis on problem solving, anticipating consequences and planning ahead, good sportsmanship, and learning from mistakes. Everything Pokemon
Calling all Pokemon Trainers. Enter into the world of Pokemon for a week of exploring the world of Pokemon, while being active, learning all about Pokemon and making friends. The primary Pokemon game that will be used is Pokemon Go. Everyone is encouraged to have a cell phone with Pokemon Go loaded on the phone, but it is not required. Campers that do not have a cell phone with the game on it may use an iPad or share someone else’s device. Participants will be introduced to the game and more experienced players will have the opportunity to improve their level in the game and learn more advanced skills. Each day campers will walk with their Pokemon buddies all around campus and near campus to visit Poke stops and to raid Pokemon gyms. Campers will learn how to make Pokemon friends and how to trade.
