2026 Momentum Youth Conference Crew (Volunteer) Application
Description
**Crew volunteers must be at least 18 years old AND out of high school for at least 1 year by the time Momentum Youth Conference begins***

This is the required form to apply to be a Crew volunteer at the 2026 Momentum Youth Conference. There is no cost to apply. Please be prepared to submit the contact information of a pastor at your home church as a reference. After completing this application, and receiving your church reference form, a Momentum Staff member will be in touch. If accepted to attend as a Crew volunteer, you will be emailed a separate link to register and pay the registration fee of $355.
