Turn your summer into a true adventure. Explorers is Camp Turner’s most exciting, high-energy, high-adventure program—created especially for older campers who crave challenge, independence, and unforgettable memories. This 13-day session blends classic camp fun with bold outdoor experiences and the freedom teens love.

Epic Highlights Include:
• Three-Night Backpacking Trip into stunning Allegany backcountry
• Outdoor Living Skills Training + low-impact camping techniques
• Optional Sky High Adventure Park Trip (add-on)
• Optional County Fair Trip (add-on)
• Stay-Over Weekend Included: Laundry run, supper out, and Sunday Mass
• “Staff for a Day” Shadow Experience (optional—fun and eye-opening!)

Explorers also enjoy later curfews, exclusive evening programs, extra campfires, and full access to multiple Award Clubs—with the freedom to switch clubs anytime. With more time on site, stronger friendships form, skills grow faster, and the camp magic runs even deeper.

This is a full two-week adventure built for teens who want more adventure, more choice, and more time to shine. Whether your camper dreams of hiking rugged trails, mastering camp skills, laughing with new friends by the fire, or just enjoying extra freedom—Explorers delivers.

Additional Options
County Fair
A half day trip to the Cattaraugus, Allegany or Chautauqua County Fair. Ages 12 and up. Includes admission, transportation and supper. Does not include carnival games. 		+ $49.00
Optional Trip to High Ropes Course
Ages 13 and up only.

Early Departure
1:30 PM on departure day only.
$25 per family.
Parents please remember to stop at the nurse for a report even if you did not bring medications. Also remember to pick up your canteen refund. Early Departure is NOT available to bus riders.
