Kidding Around Yoga Camp
Description
Designed specifically for school-aged children, kids will learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility. All original music enables children to learn in a fun and interactive way, with songs they can follow along to. Yoga inspired crafts will align with our daily lessons, and every session ends with a Journey to the Secret Garden (guided meditation). Campers will need to bring their own mats.
