SCPMG Private Event September 26, 2026
Description
This is a private event located in the Mariners Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency. There will be no on-site registration. Camp will only be offered to guests of the SCPMG OC Physician Recognition Gala who are attending that event and have pre-registered children through our Camp James website.

The Kid’s Event is 6:00 pm - 10:55 pm and includes dinner, games, crafts, activities, and tons of fun. There will be a family portrait area at the entrance of the “Kid’s Zone” until 8:00 pm. Portraits should be taken prior to camp check in.

Children must be picked up prior to 11:00 pm.

We will have entertainment, crafts, and activities for all!. All exits will be monitored, and children will always be escorted to the restrooms.

Children must be fully potty trained. This event is geared for children ages 5 - 13 who are comfortable being without their parents for up to five hours.

For specific questions about the camp portion of the event, contact Camp James at 949/729-1098 or respond to this email. Please be sure to notify the Camp Directors upon check in of any allergies and or medical conditions even though you will share this during the registration process.

Note: The meal being served is a buffet style from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Please notify us upon registration if your child has special dietary needs. Special menu requests must be made by September 4. We will do everything we can to accommodate special requests after this date, but they are not guaranteed.

Working menu: 2% milk, apple juice, fruit salad, chicken tenders, mac & cheese, tater tots, and chocolate chip cookies with no nuts.
