Description
Welcome to Running Camp 2026! This is year 27 and I could not be more excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm about running with all or you! This camp focuses on running form, speed and endurance training, drills, strength training, nutritional needs, and each day ends with relay races. This camp will improve your running for track and cross country, baseball, football, soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse!

Super Care - Week 1
This discount applies if you register for an morning camp, afternoon camp, and super care coverage. The morning and afternoon camp will be discounted by 10%. Super care coverage will remain at $190		10%
