Writing College Essays AM
Description
Two experienced CCDS English teachers, Karen Derby and Tim Waples, will take students through a relaxed but productive week of learning about expectations, reading and discussing sample essays, and brainstorming, drafting, and revising essays. Students will receive frequent one-on-one assistance and feedback, and should be able to complete two polished essays by the end of the week, practicing skills that will help them throughout the college application process and beyond.
