Reunion Weekend – Family/Small Group

Families and smaller groups have the option to register together and will be charged by age:
$210 per person (ages 12 and up)
$160 per person (ages 4–11)
Free for children 3 and under

Each family/small group will be assigned a cabin or lodge room based on size of the group. To keep pricing consistent, family/small group fees will be capped at $1,000 per cabin rather than by number of people. For example, if you have a family of 4 (2 people 12+, 2 children ages 4-11) you will pay $740 for your stay. If you bring two more adults you will only pay an additional $260 for the additional people for the maximum charge of $1000 as long as all members of the family/group stay together and register under one reservation. The maximum number of people per reservation is 10 people. The fee structure will be adjusted once a group hits the maximum charge limit.

Each family/small group will make one reservation and list all members of the family and their ages who will stay together. There will be a $50 deposit for each family/small group to hold a reservation. Please note that camp reserves the right to place smaller groups in lodge rooms rather than a cabin. Families/small groups will still be able to make requests but we cannot guarantee a specific room or cabin. Families wishing to ensure that they have a cabin should register using the flat rate - Group Cabin option.
