Creative Writing with Illustory with Connections Academics
Description
Become a published author! This 6-week class, offered by Connections Academics, will grow students' narrative writing skills in a fun and engaging way. With guided direction from a licensed teacher, students will brainstorm, draft, revise, and publish their own creative writing story. Each session will include a read-aloud to model different author styles, time to creatively develop ideas and write, and time to share writing. Lastly, through the Illustory kit (provided), students will write and professionally publish their own 20-page story, with their own illustrations!
