Description
Get ready to light up your week with movement, music, and mindful fun! Light It Up! Glow Yoga Camp combines the excitement of neon lights and black light glow parties with the calm of yoga and breathwork. Campers will twist, stretch, and shine through glowing yoga flows, center themselves with creative colorful tie-dye and glitter crafts, and explore ways to relax and recharge. It’s a week of glowing energy, positive vibes, and inner sparkle! Please have kids wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring a water bottle/snacks. Each camper will receive a yoga mat and a mindfulness journal to take home after camp.
