Description
Middle school life moves fast with classes, sports, screen, and social stress. Flow & Grow: Mindful Movement gives students a chance to rest, move their bodies, and build real tools to handle stress and stay focused. Each class combines powerful yoga moves, breath training, mindfulness, hands-on creative activities, and guided relaxation that keep students engaged and active. Students will boost strength, flexibility, and balance while learning how to stay calm under pressure, focus better, and handle challenges with confidence. We’ll explore themes like finding balance, going with the flow, building inner strength, showing kindness, expressing yourself, and glowing with gratitude. Students will leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more confident with practical tools to move through life with focus and ease.
