Welcome to the upcoming 2025-2026 season! We’re excited to have you join our team and look forward to a fun, competitive, and growth-filled fall. Below are some important details for all athletes and families to know before registering.

πŸ—“οΈ Important Dates
August 30, 2025 β€” MANDATORY Parent Meeting (Attendance required for all new and returning families)
October 4–5, 2025 β€” Head of the Oklahoma Regatta (Oklahoma City, OK)
October 25, 2025 β€” Either Pumpkin Head Regatta (Austin, TX) or Music City Head Race (Nashville, TN) β€” final race selection will be announced early in the season

🧒 Required Materials
All athletes must arrive at practice each day prepared with the following:
Sunglasses
Sunscreen
Fitted, athletic clothing (NO cotton)
Athletic shoes (for land training and warmups)
A watch (preferably waterproof, with a stopwatch feature)
A USRowing Championship Membership (must add yourself to our club using code 9QY36)
A passed swim test (bring proof on the first day)
A completed physical assessment (bring proof on the first day)

πŸ’ͺ Commitment & Expectations
Training is held six days per week, and this schedule is non-negotiable. Consistency is crucial not only for athlete safety and development but also for team cohesion and race preparation. Please only register if you are able to fully commit to the training schedule and requirements.
