Week 6: Passport to the Western Slope - Hotch
Description
Discover why the Western Slope makes for the best backyard in the world! This week is all about curiosity, fun, and hands-on outdoor discoveries. Campers will become scientists as they experiment and explore at the EUREKA! McConnell Science Museum and discover petroglyphs on a hike with the Ute Indian Museum in Montrose. We’ll adventure to see the jaw-dropping geological formations of the Black Canyon’s North Rim, where towering cliffs and forces of nature tell an epic story. Finally, we’ll hit the pool for some time to cool off after our adventures. Campers will earn stamps in their passport as they visit new places, accomplish challenges, and discover local plants and animals all the way. Come along for the journey!
