February 2026 Teen Program
Description
Camp Fire Alaska School Year Teen Programming
Camp Fire Alaska is excited to start a teen program during the school year from December 2025 through April 2026. This will be a free opportunity for teens ages 13 to 17 to build life and career skills.
This group will meet twice per month at Camp Fire Alaska’s main office in Mountain View (161 Klevin St #100) from 6pm to 8pm; except in January when there is a CPR training/certification opportunity from 3:30pm-7:30pm.
The Teen Program will first meet on 12/03/25 for a Kickoff Event. This will be an introduction to staff and other teen participants and will give an overview the program activities during the following months.
Throughout the program, your teen will have the opportunity to learn Life Readiness skills like Resume Building and Interview prep, become CPR Certified, engage in community-based Service Learning, gain Activity Facilitation Skills, and participate in Field Trips for skating, sledding, or skiing.
There will be programming during the week of Spring Break daily, 03/09/26 through 03/13/26, from 6pm to 8pm. On the final evening of programming on 04/08/26 from 6pm to 8 pm, a celebration will be held for teen program participants.
