Adult/Family Programs
Description
Join Piedmont Wildlife Center for a 45-minute On The Fly Tour! During this ~1/2 mile walking tour, we'll visit each of our raptor enclosures, learn about each bird's natural behavior and why they are at PWC. At the end of the tour, you'll be treated to a mystery animal encounter with one (or two!) of our Wildlife Ambassadors which could include reptiles, mammals and birds.

PLEASE NOTE: This tour is entirely outside and our trails are not paved. Due to the wooded and outdoor nature of our programs, some parts of the program/tour will be inaccessible to wheelchairs, walking aids and those with additional mobility concerns. Since we are on a City of Durham park, we are limited in the improvements and additions we can implement. If you have any concerns or questions, please call us at 919-489-0900 before registering.
