Ice Cream Factory (W7-PM)
Description
Students will create a variety of frozen treats—like pops, smoothies, and ice-cream–inspired creations—and experiment with fun flavor combinations, mix-ins, and toppings using nut-free ingredients. Along the way, we’ll learn smart kitchen habits like clean prep, allergy awareness, and how to keep cold foods at safe temperatures. Each day features a new “factory challenge,” from designing a signature flavor to creating a mini menu and presentation.
