From Garden to Table: Cooking Up Confidence (W8-PM)
Description
Students build kitchen confidence
through hands-on cooking projects
using farm- and garden-fresh
ingredients. We’ll explore where
food comes from, practice safe prep
skills, and learn simple techniques
like washing, chopping (with ageappropriate
tools), mixing, and
seasoning. Each day includes a new
recipe and a chance to taste, tweak,
and share what we’ve made—fresh,
colorful, and delicious.
