Description
Students learn how to build crowdpleasing
charcuterie-style snack
boards that look amazing and taste
even better. We’ll practice smart food
safety—clean prep, allergy awareness,
and how long meats, cheeses, and dips
can safely sit out—so everyone can
snack confidently. Campers will create
themed boards, learn simple plating
tricks, and try “mix-and-match” flavor
combos.
