Summer Field Day on the Hill (W6-AM)
Description
Students spend the week playing
PE and field-day style games
while practicing teamwork, good
sportsmanship, and self-regulation.
Days include relay races, egg-andspoon
challenges, water balloon
games, sponge bucket relays, Gaga
ball, kickball, capture the flag, and
classics like freeze tag, Red Light/
Green Light, and Drip, Drip, Splash.
Students balance the action with calm
breaks for snack, cool-down time,
quiet games, drawing, puzzles, and
read-alouds. It’s a fun, active week
designed to keep students moving,
laughing, and connecting with
new friends.
