Deans and Cabin Leaders

Volunteers make camp happen! Become one of the 40 deans or 100+ cabin leaders that give a few days to guide kids along their discipleship path. Whether your passion is teaching crafts to the littles or leading a Bible study for senior high or anything in between, there’s a place for you this summer!

As a thank you for serving at Loucon in 2025, volunteer deans and cabin leaders will receive the following:

A camper scholarship to be used by an immediate family member for any 2026 camp (100% for deans, 50% for counselors; up to $425)

50% off camper fees for immediate family members who come to camp the same week you volunteer
