This weekend is for experienced counselors to reconnect with Neringa! Through a carefully crafted program, we aim to refresh and inspire vadovai (counselors) while providing an opportunity to share experiences and skills with new vadovai. It’s the perfect mix of learning, collaboration, and networking in a relaxed, fun, and productive environment.
