2026 Equestrian Services-Horse Boarding
Description
HORSE BOARDING contracts can be made for terms up to one year, with payments made monthly by the first of the month for that month. Board includes stabling in a 12'x12' matted stall, with daily turnout and cleanout, hay, bedding, and basic barn grain. Further details are agreed upon in the Board Agreement signed by owners and the Barn Manager. Additional services, such as grooming, blanketing beyond the normal weather-based protocol, or exercise sessions are scheduled separately and involve additional fees. Boarders have use of the indoor arena whenever it is not scheduled for an event or for a closed lesson or therapeutic session. Check the posted schedule or text the on duty staff to confirm availability.

Note: For horses brought during the first month, the rate for that month is prorated for the number of weeks present. There is no guaranteed discount for horses leaving before the paid month ends.
