MS Junior Chefs Kitchen Mondays 3/30-5/18
Description
At Junior Chefs Kitchen, it is our mission to increase access to food and nutrition education for all by empowering a young society with cooking skills and healthy eating resources that are good for people, the planet and our community.
👩🍳 Junior Chefs Kitchen: Global Chef Mastery
Our older chefs dive deeper this semester as we explore bold dishes from the US mastering REAL knife skills (no more plastic kid-knives!), flavor-building, sauces, doughs, plating, and comfort food that reminds them of their American heritage. Working independently and in teams, students build real culinary technique, leadership, and creativity — all while laughing, experimenting, and growing confidence. Every class brings them one step closer to cooking like a pro!
All foods will follow Latin's allergy-aware guidelines, and plan according to the allergy restrictions of children participating.
