Kids Yoga presented by Chicago Loves Dance

We supply the mats all you need to do is come ready for some yoga and stretch! In this class kids will learn beginning yoga movements, terms and yoga based games to make learning fun. Yoga in early childhood is wonderful for improving listening skills, building self-esteem and supporting social and emotional learning.
