שרון גרוסברד, אמא ל3, מתגוררת באזור כבר 11 שנים. בהכשרתי עו״ס קלינית עם התמחות בטראומה וcbt, מדריכת הורים בגישת אדלר עם התמחות בגיל ההתבגרות וכן בהפרעות קשב וריכוז וויסות חושי. כמו כן, מנחת קבוצות.
מזמינה אתכם להצטרף אלי למרחב בטוח ופתוח של שיתוף, הקשבה והתמלאות. 6 מפגשים של כשעתיים, בהן יהיה זמן למינגלינג, נשנוש, שיח בהנחייתי על נושאים שיעלו מתוך הקבוצה וכן שאני אציע (למשל:

Sharon Grosbard
Sharon is a mother of three and has lived in the area for the past 11 years. She is a clinical social worker and group facilitator, trained in trauma and CBT, and an Adlerian parenting coach specializing in adolescence, ADHD, and sensory regulation.

Group Invitation
Participants are invited to join Sharon in a safe, open space to share, listen, and recharge. Over six sessions of about two hours each, the group will make time to mingle, snack, and talk together. Conversations will be guided by themes that emerge from the group. Themes might include the experience of immigration, belonging, identity, aspirations and dreams, parenting, language, and tradition
