Counselors in Training- Session 1
Description
The Falcon Counselor in Training Program is an exclusive opportunity to learn valuable life skills that help you discover the kind of leader you want to become at Falcon and beyond. All CIT candidates must currently be in the 10th grade and 16 years of age to apply.

Through a written application and interview process, we choose the best and brightest from the oldest group of campers and outside candidates to participate in our CIT program. The program balances hands-on experience with the guidance of administration and staff mentors. Counselors in Training must receive an official acceptance from Falcon in order to participate in the program.
